Giving Thanks....

So I received a Thanksgiving email from the executive director of Greenpeace, Phil Radford. He writes….

“I’m thankful for many victories we’ve won this year-Kimberly Clark agreeing to save ancient forests, the House of Representatives approving Chemical Security legislation, the Amazon catching a break from cattle and leather industry giants, and Clorox Company announcing plans to convert all of its U.S. factories that use chlorine gas to safer chemical processes.”

I am thankful for this too Phil.

I can’t thank James enough for bringing the turkey sandwich into my lunch routine. He brings the tomato and I bring the avocado. It’s a beautiful thing.

Maybe I’m feeling extra sentimental about it because we just so happened to be at the supermarket as warm sourdough baguettes were being put out. It was lovely.

Every Monday when I get to work the toys in my planter are removed and soil is spread around my desk. I’m not sure who or why someone would do this. Doesn’t this kitty look so happy to be there?
